An Inflammatory smoothie that is loaded with anti oxidants, ingredients, fruits and carrots. Naturally sweetened with pineapple and bananas, boost your energy and wellness with this recipe.

Almond Milk/ Skim Milk / Water
Instructions
Add chopped carrots, pineapple chunks, chopped banana, chopped ginger, milk/water, turmeric in a blender and blend for 2- 3 minutes till very smooth.
Add ice or more water as per consistency and enjoy immedietly.
Notes
Freeze the fruits to skip using ice.
