Orange Cranberry Cake

To Seive
- 1 cup All Purpose flour 120 gms
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp cornflour optional
To Whisk
- ¼ cup butter
- ½ cup sugar
- ¾ cup orange juice freshly squeezed
- ½ tsp orange zest do not skip as this adds the needed flavor
- ½ cup dried cranberries
Pre heat oven to 350°F/180°C
Seive all dry ingredients from the To Seive list in a bowl
Add powdered sugar , melted butter and whisk till creamy.
Add Orange juice , zest and mix.
Add flour in 3 batches and combine gently do not over.
Grease a baking pan and bake the cake on 350° F/180° C for 35 - 40 mins
When done let cool on baking rack and slice to serve
