Broccoli paneer stir fry
Healthy and quick, broccoli paneer stir-fry is a delicious balance of sweet broccoli and creamy paneer, perfect for busy days.

- 1 Broccoli Medium size
- 100 gms Paneer
- 2 inch Fresh Ginger
- 5 - 6 Garlic
- 2 tsp Red Chili flakes adjust as per spice level
- 3 -4 tsps Oil
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds optional
- Salt to taste
Shallow fry paneer
Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a frying pan or wok over medium heat.
Carefully add the paneer cubes to the hot oil.Fry the paneer until it turns golden brown on all sides, turning occasionally.
Remove the fried paneer from the pan and set it aside on a plate.
Stir fry
In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of cooking oil.
Sauté the garlic and ginger for a minute until it become fragrant.
Add red chili flakes and sesame seeds and sauté for another minute or less.
Cook the Broccoli and paneer
Add blanched broccoli florets to the pan.
Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender-crisp. Add few drops of water if required. Cover and cook.
Season with salt. Stir occasionally.
Add the shallow-fried paneer cubes to the pan.
Gently toss everything together until the paneer is heated through and coated with the spices.
Serve the broccoli paneer stir-fry hot with rice, naan, or enjoy it on its own.
