Cranberry Pistachio Fudge

A Holiday recipe thats easy to make in just 15 minutes and few ingredients. Sweet, tart, nutty and creamy this fudge is a must to any holiday table.

Equipment

  • 9x9 square cake tin
  • sauce pan
  • Spatulla
  • parchment paper

Ingredients

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 20 oz white chocolate
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • ¾ cup chopped pistachios
  • zest of 1 orange use less if desired
  • pinch of salt (if using unsalted pistachios

Instructions

  • Line a 9 x9 square cake tin with parchment paper leaving extra to lift the fudge easily.
  • Pour a can of condensed milk and heat it up for 4- 5 minutes till hot. Remove from heat.
  • Add chopped white chocolate in batches and mix till it melts.
  • Add dried cranberries, orange zest, salt and pistachios and mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture into prepared cake tin and spread evenly. Ganish with extra nuts and cranberries.
  • Refridgerate for atleast anhour before slicing to pieces.
