Cranberry Pistachio Fudge
A Holiday recipe thats easy to make in just 15 minutes and few ingredients. Sweet, tart, nutty and creamy this fudge is a must to any holiday table.

- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 20 oz white chocolate
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- ¾ cup chopped pistachios
- zest of 1 orange use less if desired
- pinch of salt (if using unsalted pistachios
Line a 9 x9 square cake tin with parchment paper leaving extra to lift the fudge easily.
Pour a can of condensed milk and heat it up for 4- 5 minutes till hot. Remove from heat.
Add chopped white chocolate in batches and mix till it melts.
Add dried cranberries, orange zest, salt and pistachios and mix well.
Transfer the mixture into prepared cake tin and spread evenly. Ganish with extra nuts and cranberries.
Refridgerate for atleast anhour before slicing to pieces.
