Crispy tofu and crunchy broccoli stir fried to perfection in tasty homemade sauce.A perfect mix of protein and veggies to serve with steamed rice, noodles or cauliflower rice.
1tbspSri racha or Hot sauceadd extra or minus as per spicy levels
2tbspCornflour
1tbspSesame oil
¼cupWater
For Stir Fry
1tbspSesame oilreplace any oil if needed
1tbspChopped garlic
1tbspChopped ginger
1tbspRed pepper flakes(optional)
1whole headBroccoliapprox 500 grams florets
2 tbspRoasted Sesame Seeds
¼cupGreen spring onionsfor garnish

Instructions
To Fry Tofu
Drain the excess moisture from the tofu with a kitchen towel and cut into cubes.
Combine cornflour , salt and pepper in a bowl. coat the tofu cubes with flour.
Add oil to a pan and layer the tofu cubes and cook on low to medium heat for 2 -3 minutes on each side. Do not cover and cook evenly turning as needed.
Prepare Sauce
Combine soy sauce , rice vinegar , sesame oil , hot sauce , corn flour and mix. Add water and mix till smooth and not lumpy.
Stir Fry
Heat a skillet and add oil. Add chopped garlic and ginger.Add broccoli florets and cook for 2-3 minutes stirring occasionally. Add salt and red pepper flakes
Add the prepared sauce and cook for a 2 minutes on high flame till the sauce thickens,Add fried tofu and toss to mix. Top with sesame seeds and spring onions
