HOW TO MAKE THE FARMSTYLE CHRISTMAS WREATH ?

Mark a big circle using any circular shape with a pen or pencil, i used a cake board approximatley 16 inch in diameter, Mark another circle inside 12 inch in size. With a x acto knife or any sharp cutting knife trace the lines carefully to cut the circles.

Now you have a wreath form infront of you. Skip this step if you have a cardboard or any wreath form in hand. Save the inside circle for a latter project.

In the same way draw few christmas trees on the cardboard and cut along. Do not go fancy with this. A simple triangle and a stem at the bottom should do it.  They can be same size or different.

Using hot glue, glue your twine to the inner center ring of your wreath form. The first few circle may be little hard.

Apply hot glue to only few inches and glue the twine slowly and carefully.

Few circles down the process becomes easier and quicker. Glue the whole cardboard with twine.

If this seems tedious, circle the twine across the rim of the wreath. this looks a little different but still beautiful. For this process you do not need to glue the whole twine.

Use a nautical jute rope or any thick jute cord to cover the inner and outer sides of the wreath.

While this is optional, but it adds an elegant and high end look to the finshed wreath. Alternaetly use the same twine to cover.

Now wrap the wool around the cut trees, adding dabs of glue in between.

Cover the stem with brown if you have in hand or the use the same color.

Use a readymade burlap bow if you already have one. If not, let’s make one. This diy bow is a no sew, no glue ribbon bow.

Leave a long tail at one end and make three loops of the same size. Now use the other end to tie the loops and make a knot. Cut both the end to the same size, now you have a bow in hand with simple loops and a knot.

With a generous dab of hot glue attach the bow on the top of the wreath.

Glue the wool wrapped christmas trees at one corner and finsh the bow with more decorations as beads, pearls or snowflakes.

Cut few stands of twine to desired length and glue at the back of the wreath. To secure more add a piece of cardboard on the twine.

Hang this outddoor on the front door, or the porch wall. If using outdoor it is advisible to use in a covered space.

This wreath adds beauty and stands out so well in your seasonal decor. It is easy and very cost effiective to make and lastly so beautiful.
